Micromac Computers is based in Charmhaven on the NSW Central Coast and are specialists in Computer Hardware, Software, Sales, Networking, Service, Repairs, NBN, ADSL and Wireless Internet, Support and Training.

Established in June 2000, our wide range of services ensures our clients have one point of reference for all their IT and Communication needs. We are an Australian Owned and Operated family business with 6 Staff including dedicated administration staff, workshop technicians and onsite engineers working from our premises in O'Hart Close.

Our highly trained staff hold many qualifications including IT Diplomas, Microsoft Certified Professionals and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers. This allows us to design, install and support a wide range of solutions specifically tailored for your home or business, giving you peace of mind that you are being supported by industry trained professionals.

Hardware support includes but is not limited to in-house and onsite repair of Desktop PCs, LCD Displays, Servers, Notebooks and Printers.

As a Registered Partner and Service Agent for ASI Solutions one of Australia's largest computer distributors and suppliers to NSW Education and Government departments, we provide quality equipment to suit all situations and the peace of mind knowing we are authorised to service the equipment we provide.

We are the preferred Onsite Service Agents for Allstar, Amtek, ASI, AWA, Bytecraft and Toshiba for the Central Coast / Hunter Regions and perform warranty and project work for many vendors including Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Lenovo and Panasonic to name but a few.

We have also recently been selected as the only Central Coast based agent for Toshiba for both in-house return to base and Onsite Warranty and out of Warranty repairs.

Micromac Computers has also been heavily involved with Major Computer Rollout Projects including Department of Education T4L and DER, Roads and Traffic Authority and Department of Corrective Services with ASI Solutions, Best International and IMI Solutions, not only providing Project Management but also physical deployment.
Some other projects we have been involved with include installation and support for Super Cheap Auto Stores, Dominoes Pizza, Bunnings, and Reject Shops.

All of our highly trained Technicians and Engineers have undergone all appropriate inductions for the various sites. They have also undergone all appropriate Police Background Checks and Working with Children Checks.

Micromac Computers can also provide Data Cabling Solutions, Telephone and Security Systems through our strong partnership with Steve Torpy Electrical.

IT Experts Central Coast

Our standard supported area extends from north of the Hawkesbury including all of the Central Coast (0243 area) out to Kurri Kurri / Cessnock, up to Maitland, over to Raymond Terrace and out to Williamtown. Obviously this encompasses all of the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle areas. We are able to service further than this if necessary as we have been known to travel to Muswellbrook and beyond if required.
